In-stock pieces are packed within 1–3 business days. One-of-One and made-to-order takes longer — we tell you before you wait, every time. Drops and busy spells can push this out; if your order is one of the slow ones we come to you, you won't have to ask.

KEX or Thailand Post, always tracked. Flat 50฿ anywhere in Thailand — free once the order reaches 1,000฿. We ship worldwide, priced by zone, from 450฿. Anything from 5,000฿ up also goes signature-required.

We send the tracking number by LINE or email. Check the status yourself on the Track order page, any time.

Orders going outside Thailand can be charged import duty or VAT by your own country's customs. That rate is set by your government, not by us, it is not part of what you pay here, and the courier collects it before they hand the parcel over.
Check your delivery address before you pay. Once the order is placed the address is locked and we cannot change it — that is how pieces stop arriving at the wrong door. If it is wrong, tell us as soon as you can — the courier takes a claim from whoever handed the parcel over, which is us, so chasing it is our job, not yours.

Message us on LINE @araia with your order number and photos of the piece within 7 days of delivery. We come back with where to send it, then sort the refund or the exchange.
