Yes — custom work is built around your budget. Send us the budget and the idea on Line @araia, we design it for you first, and we only start making it once you are happy. Hand embroidery, hand-painted fabric, appliqué — all of it is on the table.

Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express — plus PromptPay QR, all through Omise. Your card number never touches our server.

Message us on Line @araia as soon as you can. If the piece has not left the workshop we can still change it; once it is packed and gone it has to go through the return process.

In-stock pieces are packed within 1–3 business days. One-of-One and made-to-order takes longer, and we tell you before you wait, every time.

Check the Track order page with your order number or tracking number. We send the tracking number by Line or email as soon as it is packed.

Most shapes are oversized and boxy — that is the character of the brand. Check the real measurements on the size guide before you order; every piece is sewn by hand, so allow ±1–2 cm.

One-of-One never restocks — made once, that is it. Ready-to-Wear shapes can come back in a later run; subscribe and you hear first.

Because a machine cannot do these melting, asymmetric shapes, or the hand embroidery and hand-painted fabric. Every piece goes through real hands — that is the reason it does not look like anything else.

Hand wash, or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, inside out. No bleach, dry in the shade. The paint and the embroidery last as long as you do not scrub them.

Mostly, yes — Japanese deadstock, cotton twill and denim, picked roll by roll. When a roll is gone it is gone, which is why some colourways never come back.

A 1/1 ordered in the right size and delivered faultless is not returnable — that one was made once, for you. Check your size before you order.
